Job description
As an HR/Admin Staff, your responsibilities include back-office management and also contributing to building company culture and creating the best experience for members.
- Create media content for the company's image (blog post, facebook, media management...). (30%)
- Support recruitment work and onboarding workflow for new members, in order to bring the best experience and help them quickly adapt. (20%)
- Plan and run internal events (company meeting, team building, holidays, birthdays, travel, year-end party...) (20%)
- Work with leaders to build and develop training materials, onboarding, working rules, and behavior culture.
- Maintain and update members' personal information, measure each member's satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth workflow and a positive experience for members.
- Manage processes and documents related to probation, work contract, bonus, liquidation of labor contract...
Requirements
- Not require experience.
- Love working with people and taking care of people.
- Pay attention to details and have a positive attitude in everything.
- Young, creative and mentally stable and steady.
- Patiently listen to people's different opinions and feedback.
It will be a nice advantage if you:
- Dynamic and know how to lighten up the atmosphere.
- Have good English.
- Like to take photos to capture interesting moments.
- Have knowledge of labor law, insurance and personal income tax is an advantage.
