Round 2: Mini test

After passing the "parking car" round, you will receive a small test about the expertise you registered. Try to answer as best as you can! Remember that the deadline for the test is 48 hours from the time the test is sent to you.

Round 3: Expertise talk (30mins - online)

Bravo! Congratulations on being half way to ownego. In this round, your "future teammates" or "future leaders" will meet you to discuss more expertise in the form of online. The "appointment" will take about 30 minutes, be prepared psychology to answer.

Round 4: Culture Talk (25mins - office)

After finishing the Expertise talk, oe will quickly give you feedback on whether you can continue with us or not.
If in the previous round, we only met through a computer screen, in this round, Ownego officially invites you to visit and explore our office, and enjoy the very chilled view of Xa Dan lake.

If you have consulted the oe culture, you must know that here, we emphasize the comfort of the members, which is also the principle that makes the members stick together. This round gives you the opportunity to see firsthand the atmosphere at oe - thereby making your own judgment as to whether you are a good fit for us. Don't worry, this will be a discussion about the benefits you get as well as the things to look out for while at the company.

Trial: Onboarding, get to know,...

If you are here, we are happy to congratulate you. Before becoming an official member at oe, you will go through 1-2 months of trial so that we have an overview of you. After the probationary period, you will have the opportunity to review directly with the leader in charge, then make the next decision.
