Job description
We are looking for Account Managers who are enthusiastic and ready to challenge with exciting e-commerce projects for the international market.
You will work with other team members on the following tasks.
- Representing the team to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and help them better understand the product.
- Find and develop cooperation opportunities and expand your network with customers and partners.
- Search for potential customers and coordinate with the whole team to convert them into real customers.
- Follow and understand customer's performance and provide consultant to help customers' business operations efficiently and successfully.
- Listen to customer feedback, understand market needs to work with the product team to develop the product.
Requirements
- Understanding of the ecommerce market.
- Proficient and professional writing and communication skills; ready to communicate and networking.
- Customer success mindset.
- Patience and self-learning ability.
- Ability to analyze customer feedback to contribute to product development.
