Job descriptions

We are looking for Supporters who are enthusiastic and ready to challenge with exciting digital products.
You will work with other team members on the following tasks:

  • Respond to feedback and support customers' requests.
  • Consult and guide customers in the process of using the product, as well as provide necessary documents.
  • Coordinate with team to come up with the best solution for customer's problems.
  • Collect and report the problems that customers often encounter in order to give suggestions to improve the product.
  • Prepare internal documents for support team and public knowledge base articles for customers.
  • Manage good relationships with customers on behalf of the company, accompany customers to help them achieve the best results.
  • Encourage customers to leave feedback and reviews for the products.
  • Participate in the development process, give your personal opinion to improve products.

 

Requirement

  • At least 6 months experience in frontline customer support, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Great at multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively.
  • Good English to communicate with customers.
  • Ability to fast learn and use technology.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, understandably and convincingly.
  • Patient and empathize with the difficulties that customers face.
  • Careful and responsible.
  • Have a basic knowledge of ecommerce/SaaS products  is an advantage.
  • Have a basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JS is an advantage.
