Job descriptions
We are looking for Technical Supporters who are enthusiastic and ready to challenge with exciting digital products.
You will work with other team members on the following tasks:
- Edit, build HTML/JS/CSS on Shopify theme.
- Integrate products into Shopify (will be guided to work on Shopify).
- Technical support for customers (HTML/CSS/JS-related tasks).
- Work with Frontline Supporters to find the best solutions for customers.
- Collect and report the technical problems that customers often encounter in order to give suggestions to improve the product.
Requirements
- Basic English to communicate with customers via email, chat.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, vanilla JS, JQuery, Responsive media query, Bootstrap 4.
- Experience in integrating functions and data into websites.
- Deep understanding of how to build HTML, CSS components, compatible with browsers.
- Careful, attention to details, and high sense of responsibility.
- Confident and capable with vanilla JS, ES6 is an advantage.
