Job description
We are looking for Account Managers who are enthusiastic and ready to challenge with exciting e-commerce projects for the international market.
You will work with other team members on the following tasks.
- Work with global customers (US, EU).
- Act as the bridge between clients and the Teeinblue team — representing and communicating on behalf of the team.
- Provide solutions, run demo calls, guide onboarding, and support customers in using Teeinblue features to achieve the best business results.
- Monitor customer performance, analyze usage, and suggest improvements to enhance product personalization and user experience.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients and collaborate with the team to offer suitable solutions.
- Collect and share user insights with the Product and Marketing teams to help improve the product.
- Handle arising issues to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
Requirements
- Understanding of the eCommerce market and strong knowledge of Personalization commerce.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills; ready to communicate and networking.
- Customer success mindset with enthusiasm for helping clients succeed.
- Patience and self-learning ability.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide feedback to improve the product.
- Skills in Canva, Figma, or Photoshop is an advantage.
- Experience in Shopify, SaaS, or Print-on-Demand is an advantage.
